- Wash the garment as soon as you notice dirt to prevent stains from setting.
- Always wash your Brizy products separately with similar colors to protect fabric and color.
- Use a gentle cycle at 40°C.
- Close zippers before washing.
- Wash inside out.
- Tumble dry on low heat with 2–3 tennis balls.
- Skip fabric softener, as it may affect fabric quality and color.
- Use pre-wash and extra rinse if needed for best results.
- For stubborn stains, spot clean immediately and soak the garment after use. Keep it damp until washed.

Return Policy
Returned items must comply with our return policy. Items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please use the pre-printed return form included in your package and follow the return procedures specified on our website.
We do not accept returns that are not sent using our return label. If you choose to use another carrier for your return, we will not accept the package at our warehouse or issue a refund for your order.
Please note that a return fee may be charged to cover return shipping costs. The fee varies by region.
Personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned, including custom-measured items, promotional items, and embroidered products.
