How to order Tailor-Made products at Brizy

Our mission is to create custom-made clothing that meets your specific needs. We handle the process from start to finish – from the initial measurements to the delivery of the finished product. Here’s how it works:

Contact Us: You contact us with your personal requirements, specifications, budget, and dimensions. We take your measurements and guide you on which products best suit your needs. After this, we send you a detailed offer.
Order Confirmation: Once you are satisfied with the order details, you pre-pay the order before moving to the next step.
Design and Feedback: We create the drawings and designs based on your feedback. If you are not satisfied, we make the necessary updates. You give your final approval before we proceed with production.
Production: The production process begins and typically takes around 4 weeks. Once the products are ready, we ship them directly to you. Shipping usually takes about 1 week.
Customs and Taxes: If you are located outside the EU and we have delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), you will need to pay customs and taxes upon receiving the goods.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not happy with the final product, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.
