1. Inledning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.1. These Terms & Conditions (the ”Terms”) govern your use of the website www.brizyproducts.com<\/a> (the ”Website”) and your purchases from BRIZY PRODUKTION ABSE556474395201(referred to as ”BRIZY,” ”we,” ”us,” or ”our”). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2. By accessing the Website or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Website. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.3. You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases on our Website. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a legal guardian. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.4. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Every time you order a product from us, the Terms in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and BRIZY and be available on our Website. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Best\u00e4llningar och priss\u00e4ttning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.1. When you place an order on our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in your order, subject to these Terms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.2. When an order has been placed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with your order details. We reserve the right to reject any order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.3. Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change due to factors such as currency exchange rates and markdowns. We will notify you of any price discrepancies, and you can choose to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.4. Payment is required before we accept an order. We accept payment methods listed on the Website. Please note that for certain countries, prices include import duties and taxes, while in others, these costs are not included. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.5. We currently ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to all countries in the European Union. All other locations are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and product prices displayed are exclusive of all local taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.6. Orders that are personalized (for example, custom measurements, advertising, name embroidery) that are confirmed or paid for cannot be cancelled once production has started. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Leverans<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.1. We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. However, unexpected events may cause delivery delays. In the unlikely event that the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order. If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact our Customer Service within 30 days of placing the order. After this period, we cannot be held liable for delayed or lost orders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.2. Expected delivery timelines will be communicated to you before placing your order. Delivery time for personalized products based on custom measurements and design is 4 \u2013 8 weeks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.4. Once an order is successfully placed, we cannot make changes or cancellations. If you receive an unwanted order, please refer to our return policy for instructions on how to return it for a full refund. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.5. All shipping services on our Website include home delivery. If the delivery address is a residential building, the delivery will be made at your door. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be rerouted to a service point. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.6. If you refuse an order or if we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect information provided, we may deduct shipping costs and any additional fees, such as import taxes and duties, from your refund. Tailor-made products are non-refundable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 Betalningsmetoder<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Returer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.1. Returned items must adhere to our Return Policy. They must be undamaged, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.2. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please use the pre-printed return form included in your parcel and return the item(s) following the specified procedures on our Website. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.3. We do not accept returns that have not been sent with our provided pre-printed return label. If you choose to use a different carrier for your return, we will not receive the parcel at our warehouse or provide a refund for your order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.4. Please be aware that we charge a return fee to cover the return shipping costs. The return fee varies by region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.5. Refunds will be issued once the returned items are accepted, which may take up to 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.6. Personalized products cannot be exchanged (for example, custom measurements, advertising, name embroidery). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Klagom\u00e5l<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.1. If you discover a defect in a product, you have the right to complain in accordance with the mandatory consumer protection laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.2. To initiate a complaint, please contact BRIZY’s customer care as soon as possible after discovering the defect. Your complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered or should have discovered the defect. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.3. When initiating a complaint, please provide your name, email address, shipping address, order number, date of the order, and any other relevant information to substantiate your claim. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.4. BRIZY, at its sole discretion, may cover the cost of return shipping for approved complaints. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.5. Upon receiving a valid complaint about a product, BRIZY will take one of the following actions: replace the product, rectify the defect, make a deduction on the price you paid for the product, or reimburse the payment, including shipping fees. We will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.6. You have the right to make a complaint regarding production defects within two years. BRIZY reserves the right to deny a complaint if it is determined that the product is not defective according to the current legislation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. V\u00e5rt ansvar och v\u00e5r jurisdiktion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.1. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit BRIZY’s liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.2. We do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents. If we breach these Terms, we shall only be liable for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such breach. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.3. BRIZY is not responsible for indirect losses that are a side effect of the main loss or damage, such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity. Additionally, we are not liable for a failure to deliver goods or meet our obligations under these Terms when such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accidents, and terrorist activity and pandemic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.4. Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on our Website shall be limited to the total price of your order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.5. BRIZY reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claims for payment that have arisen in connection with the delivery of goods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.6. Without limiting your rights as a consumer under laws applicable in your country, all terms, claims, complaints, and disputes related to the use of our website or order handling shall be governed by Swedish law. Any conflicts, disputes, or claims arising from these terms, or violation thereof, shall be determined by a Swedish court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
