Ordering a custom-made product from Brizy is simple. Once you’ve chosen your design, uploaded your logos, entered your measurements, and completed your order, our team takes over.
1. We review your order
We carefully check your design, logos, and measurements to ensure everything is correct.
2. You receive a proof for approval
We’ll send you a proof of your design for review. If any adjustments are needed, we’ll make the requested changes before production begins.
3. Production
Once you’ve approved the proof, we begin manufacturing your product in our own factory in Poland. Our standard production time is approximately 4 weeks.
4. Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email from UPS with your tracking number. Standard delivery time is approximately 1 week.

Logo & Design Package
Tick this option if you would like to add our Logo & Design Package, which includes:
Upload Your Design and Logos
Upload an image of your desired design along with any logos you’d like to include.
All logos must be provided as vector files in EPS or PDF format.
Add Additional Requests
Use the “Notes” field to describe any special requests, questions, or instructions regarding your order.
For example, you can specify preferred colors, logo placement, or if you would like a looser fit.
Add the Product to Your Cart
Once you’re happy with your selections, add the product to your shopping cart.
Enter Your Measurements
Enter your measurements in the form that appears.
Important:
If you’re already logged in and have previously saved your measurements, this step will be skipped automatically.
Complete Your Order
Review your order to make sure everything is correct. Then enter your contact and shipping information and complete your payment.
Wait for Our Confirmation
Once we’ve received your order, we’ll review all the details and usually get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Delivery
All our deliveries are handled via UPS.
Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination.
Return Policy
Personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned, including custom-measured items, promotional items, and embroidered products.
Returned items must comply with our return policy. Items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please use the pre-printed return form included in your package and follow the return procedures specified on our website.
We do not accept returns that are not sent using our return label. If you choose to use another carrier for your return, we will not accept the package at our warehouse or issue a refund for your order.
Please note that a return fee may be charged to cover return shipping costs. The fee varies by region.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned items have been accepted.
Refunds are processed within 14 days.
The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
